We started out doing repairs across the Inner West and never lost that way of working: turn up when we say we will, get on the roof, and tell people honestly what we find — even when the honest answer is that the roof is fine and doesn't need anything.
Twenty years later we work right across Sydney, from heritage slate terraces in Balmain to new Colorbond estates out at Marsden Park. What hasn't changed is that George still runs the quotes, and the crews are our own people rather than whoever was available that week.
